Alien rebirth [commission]

"An exile abandoned by his people, he wanders the wilds for days until one day, he finds the amalgamate, or perhaps more accurately, it finds him. What happens afterwards is a blur to him, a blur which seems to last for ages. Eventually the darkness makes way for something else, not quite light or sight, but something different as he rises from the tarry depths. And when he exhales, he feels the entire amalgamate hive surrounding him exhale with a roar. Now the amalgamate had all the knowledge he held and he and it knew where they could find new troops for their ranks."

This was an YCH for Elkc Elkc , whose character was turned into an amalgamate. It was great fun working on this and translating their character into that of an amalgamate :)
