Southern noble

"The southern dragonoids would be the first to describe themselves as refined when one is comparing the northern and southern folk. While in the north there are only a handful of large clustered populations and the rest is scattered all over, in the southern savannas most of the population is within a few populated areas. This allows for few to take care of the many, which then allows the existence of high class nobility who create and consume culture, unlike in the north, where, in most places, day to day life leaves far less time for high flying culture or thinking."
