White citadel rock

"A ritual site of the albinos near the northern tip of the area inhabited by the southern dragonoids. Its true purpose long forgotten. However it was likely a ritual site for Umi, as it faces towards the location where the moon rises during the winter solstice. Large carvings decorate its sides, but they have deteriorated badly in the centuries since they were created."
