Jewel of Boroxis - A cursed artifact created by Boroxis of the Tarborn. Those aligned to Boroxis may invoke it to transform into a Tarborn monster. Otherwise when holding it one must succeed a medium WIS save or have their mind dominated by Boroxis as long as they hold the jewel.
