Obedience and loyalty [commission]

In this scene we can see the empress of the albino empire sitting on her throne, while beneath her is a crowd of people from the surrounding provinces. The prominent figures kneeling are from the easternmost province of the empire, known for being disloyal and opportunistic when the time comes, separating and then being pulled back to the fold.

They, and representatives from all the twelve outer provinces have been called to the capital of the empire for a show of fealty to the empress.

Behind her, however looms a creature from the nether. A creature she saw in her meditations who taught her how to utilize the nether to create magic. Its influence spreading outwards from the capital as the use of magic slowly becomes a part of their religious and mundane systems.

While the creature has not made its presence known, some of the clerics in the audience are overcome with dread and horror by the existence of something they do not yet perceive.

This scene would mark the start of their disappearance from history. Within only a few years, the albinos, their culture and worldview would disappear from Alluvia.
