Pyromancers' village

Atop a shallow lake where tiny flames wander live the pyromancers. They are an eccentric folk, which is probably caused by the fumes that come from the lake.

While their powers had long ago vanished, reduced to more practical and less flashy methods of pyromancy. One day they saw a new star in the sky, and along it, their ancestral powers had returned.
